We cover what they do well, their shortcomings, and annual cost. You leave with an understanding of the tools that are worth exploring and which you can pass on. We also offer a similar session for your team, with more focus on the broader AI landscape. AI Governance Briefing90 minutes → A 90-minute working session with your leadership team on how AI is currently used across your company. We review which tools are currently in use at your company and what data you believe is going into them. Then we determine what guidelines you are comfortable with moving forward and who is accountable for the outcomes. You leave with a written brief and a draft acceptable-use policy. AI Tools WorkshopHalf day · up to 25 people → A discovery session with your team to find where AI fits into their everyday workflows. We review their day-to-day work scenarios and identify the use cases worth pursuing and how right-sized AI-augmented workflows can offset their time spent. An optional follow-up session then brings those workflows into the tools. Our goal is practical, to save your team time, and give them back a few hours a week.
